Yes. And honestly, it's where we do some of our best work. We phase the work in sections so your operation stays running the whole time.
Have you done work for New York State or local municipalities?
We have. We've done road and pavement work directly for New York State and for local towns in the region. Government and municipal contracts have specific requirements, and we know how to meet them. If you're a town, county, or state agency looking for a contractor who can handle the paperwork and deliver on spec, we're comfortable with that process.
Can you work around our business hours? We can't close our parking lot.
That's probably the question we get most from commercial clients, and the answer is yes, always. We've done early morning starts, overnight jobs, weekends, and phased approaches where we seal one section while the rest stays open. We coordinate directly with your team and adjust the schedule until it works for you. Your operation doesn't stop for us.
What mix do you use, and can you use a cheaper material to lower the cost?
We mix to manufacturer spec, every time, no exceptions. We've been asked to cut the mix before to bring the price down. We've always said no. Off-spec material fails faster, doesn't bond properly, and ends up costing more in the long run. We'd rather lose a job than do it wrong. The materials we use are backed by a product guarantee, and we stand behind every job we do.
What if we have special logistics requirements or a complicated site?
That's kind of our thing. We've worked on sites with active loading docks, tight access, high-traffic entrances, and strict noise ordinances. We ask a lot of questions upfront, build a plan around your constraints, and stay in communication throughout the job. If something unexpected comes up on-site, we figure it out. Logistics and customer satisfaction are what we're known for.

Do you handle ADA-compliant line striping?
Yes. We stay current on ADA standards and local codes for accessible parking, van-accessible spaces, crosswalks, and signage placement. We handle the layout from scratch or re-stripe to match your existing plan. If your lot has compliance issues, we'll flag them and let you decide how to handle it. No pressure.
Are you licensed and insured for commercial work?
Yes. Seal Right, Inc. has been licensed and insured in New York State since February 2015. We carry full liability coverage for both residential and commercial projects. If your property management company or municipality requires certificates of insurance, we can provide them.
