These terms cover your use of sealrightinc.com, run by Seal Right, Inc. of 96 S Main St, Newark Valley, NY 13811. By using the site or sending us a form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Estimates
Estimates are free. Requesting one does not commit you to hire us, and the estimate we send back does not commit us to do the work. Nothing is binding until you accept a written quote that lists the scope, the price and the schedule.
The written quote, not this site, is the agreement for any job.
Pricing on this site
Any price or starting price on this site is a guide. The real price depends on the size of the driveway or lot and the condition of the asphalt. It also depends on how many cracks need filling, how many spaces need striping and what we find on site. The price that applies to your job is the one in your accepted quote.
Weather and scheduling
Sealcoating needs dry pavement and temperatures above 50°F, so we work from April through November. Rain, cold or a wet surface can push your date back. We will tell you as soon as we know and reschedule at no charge.
A scheduled date is our plan, not a guarantee. Weather decides the final call.
Cure times and keeping off the surface
Fresh sealer and fresh paint need time to cure. Keep cars, foot traffic and sprinklers off the surface for 24 to 48 hours after we finish. If the day calls for longer, we will tell you before we leave. Damage from driving or walking on the surface before it cures is not covered by us.
Tire marks, turning scuffs and tracked sealer in the first days after the job come from early traffic, not from the work.

They are not advice about your specific pavement and they do not replace a site visit. We try to keep the content accurate and current, but it can contain errors and we may change it at any time.

We provide this site as is. We are not liable for loss that comes from using the site, relying on its content, or from the site being unavailable.
For any claim connected to work we performed, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for that work. This limit does not apply where New York law does not allow it.

New York law governs these terms and any dispute about this site or our work. Any court action will take place in the state or federal courts located in New York.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
