What to Expect

How Line Striping Works

  1. 01

    Lot Measurement & Layout

Before the first line goes down, we measure the lot and plan the layout. Stall width, drive aisle clearance, ADA space placement, fire lane positioning, it all has to be right before we start painting. Off-angle stalls and non-compliant ADA dimensions are the most common mistakes we see from rushed jobs.

  2. 02

    Surface Check

We check that the surface is clean, dry, and ready to accept paint. If the lot was recently sealcoated, we confirm it's fully cured before striping, paint applied to fresh sealer won't bond properly. If the lot needs sealcoating first, we'll tell you and coordinate both services.

  3. 03

    Professional-Grade Paint Application

We use commercial-grade traffic paint applied with a professional striping machine, not a roller or brush. The result is clean, sharp lines with consistent width and opacity. We apply the right thickness for durability, not just appearance. Thin paint fades fast; we don't cut corners on coverage.

  4. 04

    ADA & Code Compliance Check

Before we pack up, we verify all ADA spaces: stall width, access aisle dimensions, van-accessible space, and signage placement. We keep current with ADA standards and local codes so you don't have to. If something in the existing layout is non-compliant, we'll flag it and recommend the fix.

Why Seal Right

Clean Lines. Code Compliant. Done Right.

Line striping looks simple but it's easy to get wrong: off-angle stalls, non-compliant ADA dimensions, faded paint that doesn't last the season. We use professional-grade traffic paint, keep up with ADA standards, and take the time to lay out the lot properly before the first line goes down.

  • ADA compliance on every job

We keep current with ADA standards and local codes. Handicap stalls, access aisles, and van-accessible spaces marked to the correct dimensions.

  • Professional-grade traffic paint

Not hardware store paint. We use commercial-grade paint that holds up to traffic and weather. And actually stays visible.

  • We work around your schedule

Paint dries fast. We can phase a large lot in sections and have areas back in service within the hour.

  • Full-service pavement marking

Fire lanes, no-parking zones, directional arrows, loading zones, cart corrals. We handle everything your lot needs.

  • Licensed & insured since 2015

Over a decade in the Southern Tier. Full liability coverage, certificates of insurance available for commercial jobs.

  • Free estimates, no pressure

We come out, measure the lot, and give you a straight number. No vague ballparks.

The Honest Truth

Waiting Makes It Way More Expensive

Faded or missing lines aren't just an aesthetic problem. They're a liability. Non-compliant ADA spaces can result in fines. Unclear fire lanes create safety issues. And a lot that looks worn out sends a message to your customers before they even walk in the door.

Re-striping is one of the most cost-effective things you can do for your property. We'll tell you honestly what your lot needs. And if the surface needs to be sealcoated first, we'll tell you that too so you get the most out of both services.

Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you ADA-compliant for handicap space marking?
Yes. We keep up to date with all ADA standards and local codes to ensure your parking lot is compliant. We can mark handicap spaces, access aisles, and van-accessible spaces to the correct dimensions. And we'll let you know if your current layout needs to be adjusted to meet code.
Can you do line striping after sealcoating?
Yes, and it's the ideal sequence. We recommend waiting 24 to 48 hours after sealcoating before applying line striping so the sealer has fully cured. We can schedule both services together to minimize disruption to your property, one crew, one mobilization.
How long does line striping last?
Line striping typically lasts 1 to 3 years depending on traffic volume and weather exposure. High-traffic areas like grocery store lots may need re-striping more frequently. We use professional-grade traffic paint for maximum durability and visibility.
Can you stripe a lot without closing it?
Yes. We can work in sections and schedule around your business hours: early mornings, evenings, or weekends. Paint dries quickly, so we can often have a section back in service within an hour. For large lots, we'll plan the work in phases to keep your operation running.
Do you do fire lane and no-parking markings?
Yes. We handle fire lanes, no-parking zones, directional arrows, loading zones, and any custom pavement markings your property needs. We're familiar with local code requirements and can advise on proper placement.
Can you re-stripe over old faded lines?
Yes. We can re-stripe over existing lines as long as the surface is in reasonable condition. If the lot has been sealcoated recently, re-striping over the new sealer gives the cleanest result. We'll assess the surface when we come out for the estimate.
