What we collect
The quote wizard and the contact forms ask for your name, email address and phone number. The wizard also asks for the property address, the services you want, your timeline and a few notes about the job. You can attach photos of the driveway or lot. We collect only what you type or upload.
If you call us, we see your phone number the same way any business does when the phone rings.
This site has no accounts and takes no payments. We never ask for a card number or a bank account online.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, put together an estimate and schedule the work. The form service that runs this site stores each submission and emails it to us. We may call, text or email you about your project.
We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not send newsletters.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. Google sets cookies in your browser for that. It records pages viewed, rough location, device and browser type. It does not record your name or the contents of a form.
Some pages embed a Google Map, a YouTube video or a HomeAdvisor review widget. Google, YouTube and HomeAdvisor set their own cookies when those load, under their own privacy policies.
You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site and the forms work without them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.
The services that run this site see your information so they can pass it to us. That means the hosting provider, the form and email delivery service, and Google Analytics. If you attach photos, we keep them with your request so we can look at them.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to do the work and keep our business records. After that we delete them.
How to see or delete your information
Email [email protected] from the address you used on the form. Tell us whether you want to see what we hold or want it deleted. We will confirm by email once we have done it.
Children
This site is for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
